A current parent of a King's High student, Claire has shared her links with the University of Oxford to spearhead some fantastic physics outreach work, such as the 'Marie Curious' workshops held here at school and across the wider community.

Her passion for communicating the joy, excitement and relevance of science to young people has had a significant impact, breaking down barriers to study this important topic and broadening horizons for many girls. In the last year, we have seen figures for girls choosing to study Physics at Lower 6th increase so that we have now 28 signed up for the next academic year.
