Profile: SUE MOORE – EXECUTIVE MENTOR

Sue Moore has spent most of her career working with business leaders as they confront the challenges the future world of work will present to their companies. She has a practical understanding of the issues faced in today’s turbulent times. Her specialist subject is leadership.

She has worked for over 30 years as an Executive Mentor with many international CEO’s and Business Leaders. She also has 26 years experience of establishing internal mentoring programmes on a UK, EMEA and Global basis.  Many of her mentees have been honoured with  awards for leadership.

International experience has provided a global perspective to her client work. Among her client list includes Microsoft, Yahoo!, Sony, BBC, CityFibre, CBS, The University of Cambridge and the John Lewis Partnership.  She is often used as a keynote speaker. Such engagements have taken her to Europe, the Middle East, North America and South Africa.

With a background as a Company Secretary, Sue has also studied strategy at MBA level. 

Prior to setting up her own company, which she ran for 22 years, Sue was the Director of Consultancy for an international training consultancy where she led their consulting and project management teams on major international culture change programmes. For many years she was a guest speaker at Warwick Business School.

Published in the autumn of 2005 and reprinted in 2011 she co-authored a book with the author Mike Pegg on Strengths Coaching.  It is the strengths approach which informs all her work.   She has been a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council since its foundation.

Sue’s principal personal interest is theatre.  She is an Hons. Licentiate of LAMDA, has a distinction for the RADA Shakespeare certificate and has performed in the non-professional theatre for over 50 years. She is currently the Artistic Director of the Loft Theatre Company in Leamington Spa and a member of its Trustee Board. She will be both performing and directing there in 2024.
